How to Add to Cart and Checkout
Select a color and/or size, then click “Add to Cart.”
Of course, you can continue shopping, and you can always return to your cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right of the page.
Please note: Adding items to your cart does not reserve them.
Ready to Check Out?
Click the cart icon at the top right to view your items. On the next page, you can adjust the quantity if needed. Then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button.
You’ll be taken to the checkout page, where you can enter all your information in one place.
Note: Once your order is completed, it cannot be modified, as we begin processing immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Shipping Costs
Liatrina covers the shipping costs — you don’t pay any shipping fees.
However, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping if you decide to return any items.
Can I Track My Delivery?
Yes! All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
You can follow your order via the order status page. A link to this page will be sent to you via email once your order is shipped.
Note: It may take a short while before tracking information becomes available.
Delivery Times
Liatrina strives to deliver products quickly.
If you place an order on a weekday before 15:00, we aim to process your order the same day.
Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 9–15 business days.
Address & Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the merchant is not liable for failed delivery. Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Please contact us immediately if you believe you've entered an incorrect shipping address.
If the processing window has passed and the package was shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer, Liatrina cannot send a replacement.
However, we’re happy to offer you a 30% discount on a new order.

Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please inform us.
An investigation will be opened by the local delivery company 14 days after the stated delivery date, and we will keep you updated throughout the process.
