Refund policy

If you have received incorrect items or if the items you received are defective, please email us at support@liatrina.com to discuss further. If you are not satisfied with the received items, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and sellable condition.
If your return is approved, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used, opened, or not in their original condition.

Uncollected Pickup Orders: If a customer does not collect a notified pickup order and the parcel is returned to us, a €15 handling fee will be deducted from any applicable refund. Refunds are issued only after the returned parcel is received.

Return Disclaimer

Applies only if the product was damaged during shipping or delivered incomplete.
Tight-fitting clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetic products/creams/oils cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
